Hcigar’s HB40 (Heartbeat) DNA40 mod puts out 40 watts output and is equipped with Evolv’s DNA40 computer chip. It is powered by one 18650 battery. This mod came out on the market 2 years ago, but is still available today. The DNA chip is very popular and one of the most efficient chips that you can get inside a vape mod.

The video review indicates that Hicigar’s HB40 mod can run in temperature control mode as well as wattage mode. Tanks up to 24mm in diameter will fit atop this mod; 24mm tanks sit flush. The reviewer demonstrates this mod’s functionality and setting options. Overall, he rates the build quality a 7/10. He mentions a few subjective cons, such asĀ button placement and sharp edges. He recommends this for vapers looking for a DNA40 mod with lower power potential.
